Late Night Back to School Party
A late night party is like a slumber party, but the kids go home at 9 and my kids get a good night of sleep. We decided to end summer with a bang and had a late night party. Everyone got to make their own personal pizza. Snow College had a pinata festival and they auction off the pinatas to raise money for one of the clubs I think it was. Anyway, we had a Patrick (from Spongebob) pinata for a long time hanging in the girls closet. So we filled it with some candy and let the kids break it. We then popped some popcorn and they watched a movie. The only mishap was one of the girls ate all of the candy in her goodie bag and went home with a sick tummy. My family room was covered in candy wrappers and popcorn pieces. But it was an easy and memorable evening.

So cute! What a great idea. You are such a fun Mom. I'm sure it will be a great tradition :)
Pajama parties in the summer are something my kids look forward to. They leave such a mess and are such a big thing I can only manage 1 a year. It is a tradition. I am so happy to see that you do them too.
